A booking records the devices you want BackToUse to review.

Estimates and manual quotes

Published rates are estimates in Canadian dollars for the configuration and condition you select. A device marked “Request quote” has no published rate. Its value and the final payout remain to be confirmed by BackToUse. We will contact you if inspection changes an estimate.

Ownership and device locks

Only submit devices you own and are entitled to sell. Remove activation and management locks before handing over a device. Describe damage and faults accurately.

Shipping and payout

Wait for BackToUse to confirm shipping arrangements before sending devices. Selecting a payout preference records your choice. It does not initiate a payment. Shipping labels and payments are arranged separately after review.

Your confirmation

The booking confirmation lists your reference and submitted devices. It acknowledges the request and does not confirm a completed purchase or payout. Contact buybackplanet@gmail.com with your reference if you need to change the details.
