BackToUse uses your details to respond to and process your trade-in booking.

What you send us

When you submit a booking, we receive your name, email, phone number, device configurations and condition, quantity, payout preference, any notes, and a shipping address when you request mail-in service. We store your booking reference, quoted rates and confirmation-email status with the booking.

How we use it

We use this information to review your devices, send a confirmation, discuss the quote and arrange next steps. Transactional booking emails are separate from marketing. This form does not collect bank-account numbers, payment-card details, passwords or device serial numbers.

Where it is processed

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Booking and pricing records are processed in BackToUse’s private Google Sheets and Google Apps Script setup. The booking confirmation is sent using the business’s Google account. Google and Cloudflare process data needed to provide these services. We do not publish customer booking records.

Browser storage

Your device basket is saved on this browser so you can add more devices and return later. Your contact and shipping fields are not saved in browser storage. Remove devices from the basket to clear them.

Contact and corrections

For questions, corrections or a request to remove your booking data, email buybackplanet@gmail.com and include your booking reference. Do not email passwords or financial-account numbers.
